THE GREAT CONTROVERSY BETWEEN CHRIST & SATAN

To the law and to the testimony. If they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” [Isaiah 8:20.] The people of God are directed to the Scriptures as their safeguard against the influence of false teachers and the delusive power of spirits of darkness. Satan employs every possible device to prevent men from obtaining a knowledge of the Bible; for its plain utterances reveal his deceptions. At every revival of God’s work, the prince of evil is aroused to more intense activity; he is now putting forth his utmost efforts for a final struggle against Christ and his followers. The last great delusion is soon to open before us. Antichrist is to perform his marvelous works in our sight. So closely will the counterfeit resemble the true, that it will be impossible to distinguish between them except by the Holy Scriptures. By their testimony every statement and every miracle must be tested. {GC88 593.1}

Those who endeavor to obey all the commandments of God will be opposed and derided. They can stand only in God. In order to endure the trial before them, they must understand the will of God as revealed in his Word; they can honor him only as they have a right conception of his character, government, and purposes, and act in accordance with them. None but those who have fortified the mind with the truths of the Bible will stand through the last great conflict. To every soul will come the searching test, Shall I obey God rather than men? The decisive hour is even now at hand. Are our feet planted on the rock of God’s immutable Word? Are we prepared to stand firm in defense of the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus? {GC88 593.2}

Before his crucifixion, the Saviour explained to his disciples that he was to be put to death, and to rise again from the tomb; and angels were present to impress his words on minds and hearts. But the disciples were looking for temporal deliverance from the Roman yoke, and they could not tolerate the thought that He in whom all their hopes centered should suffer an ignominious death. The words which they needed to remember were banished from their minds; and when the time of trial came, it found them unprepared. The death of Jesus as fully destroyed their hopes as if he had not forewarned them. So in the prophecies the future is opened before us as plainly as it was opened to the disciples by the words of Christ. The events connected with the close of probation and the work of preparation for the time of trouble, are clearly presented. But multitudes have no more understanding of these important truths than if they had never been revealed. Satan watches to catch away every impression that would make them wise unto salvation, and the time of trouble will find them unready. {GC88 594.1}

When God sends to men warnings so important that they are represented as proclaimed by holy angels flying in the midst of heaven, he requires every person endowed with reasoning powers to heed the message. The fearful judgments denounced against the worship of the beast and his image, [Revelation 14:9-11.] should lead all to a diligent study of the prophecies to learn what the mark of the beast is, and how they are to avoid receiving it. But the masses of the people turn away their ears from hearing the truth, and are turned unto fables. The apostle Paul declared, looking down to the last days, “The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine.” [2 Timothy 4:3.] That time has fully come. The multitudes do not want Bible truth, because it interferes with the desires of the sinful, world-loving heart; and Satan supplies the deceptions which they love. {GC88 594.2}

But God will have a people upon the earth to maintain the Bible, and the Bible only, as the standard of all doctrines, and the basis of all reforms. The opinions of learned men, the deductions of science, the creeds or decisions of ecclesiastical councils, as numerous and discordant as are the churches which they represent, the voice of the majority,—not one or all of these should be regarded as evidence for or against any point of religious faith. Before accepting any doctrine or precept, we should demand a plain “Thus saith the Lord” in its support. {GC88 595.1}

THE TRUTH ABOUT LOVE

The good thing is after i was given the gift of promise i saw what i was supposed to see. the Holy Bible is Holy. at first I wasn't holy. the natural man cannot understand spiritual thing because they are spiritual discerned. God is a spirit and they that worship hip must worship him in spirit ---and in truth. God said be Holy for i am Holy...

He told Nicodemus you must be born by water --and the spirit. we cannot partake of Holy things unless we ask for understanding. The Holy Spirit does not leave you. but if if i hold forgiveness or sin in my heart/desires even my prayer is abomination. the people who make excuse not to read or believe it because they don't want to follow it the bible says all mouths will be stopped when they see God in

the judgment because he talked to them and they pushed him away more than once. therefore he gave them over to a reprobate mind. some people have not understood that doing what you want is not what's best for you.

Love/Agape is the highest form of love and joy, but the'd rather settle for sensuousness. no one knows unless the experience for themselves how the love of God permeates the soul to the core of the being and dries up the weeping there til the heart and soul is so satisfied that you want nothing else. not even sin. if you have a spouse you want them to taste love

SAME PROPHECY

Daniel 7
19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the rest with his feet;20 And of the ten horns that were in his head and of the other which came up and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.  21 I watchwd and the same horn made war with the saints and prevailed against them 22 Until the Ancient of days came
...and judgment was given to the saints of the most High and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.23 Thus he said, the fourth beast will be the fourth kingdom on earth, which will be different from all kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and will tread it down and break it in pieces.
25 And he will speak great words against the most High and will wear out the saints of the most High and think to change times and laws and they will be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.26 But the judgment will sit and they will take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it to the end.27 And the kingdom and dominion and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, will be given to the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom and all dominions will serve and obey him.

daniel 2
...41 And where as you saw the feet and toes, part of potters' clay and part of iron, the kingdom will be divided; but there will be in it of the strength of the iron, for as much as you saw the iron mixed with miry clay.42 And as the toes of the feet were part iron and part clay, so the kingdom will be partly strong, and partly broken.43 And where as you saw iron mixed with miry clay, they will mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they will not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
44 And in the days of these kings; the God of heaven will set up a kingdom, which will never be destroyed and the kingdom will not be left to other people, but it will break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms and it will stand for ever.
45 For as much as you saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver and the gold; the great God has made known to the king what will come to pass here after
and the dream is certain and the interpretation of it sure. 49 Then Daniel requested of the king and he set Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, over the affairs of the province of Babylon but Daniel sat in the gate of the king.

Revelation 13King James Version (KJV)

13 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.
And they worshiped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshiped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that live in heaven.
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
And all that live upon the earth will worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
If any man have an ear, let him hear.
10 He that lead into captivity shall go into captivity: he that kill with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and cause the earth and them which live therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
13 And he do great wonders, so that he make fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
14 And deceive them that live on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that live on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16 And he cause all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
